The Uganda National Examinations Board has released the official timetable for the 2026 national examinations, covering PLE, UCE, and UACE candidates.
For secondary schools, this is an important reminder for candidates, parents, and teachers to intensify revision, complete syllabus coverage, and observe all examination guidelines. UCE candidates are expected to begin with briefing on October 8, while UACE candidates will be briefed on November 7. The UACE examination period will run up to December 5.
At our school, we encourage all candidates to remain disciplined, attend all revision sessions, consult teachers regularly, and use the remaining time wisely. Parents are also encouraged to support learners with a calm home environment, proper study time, and emotional encouragement.
